Off To College is a four session class that teaches adolescents who will be moving away from home for their college years. College is a time of great transition and your teen needs all the tools possible to ensure success. Off to College looks at many scenarios your child will encounter as they live independent of you for the first time. Using tools from positive psychology will increase their social skills, reduce the likelihood of succumbing to peer pressure, boost academic performance, reduce emotional problems and give them a solid foundation for success.
